Bryan Schacht works with discerning buyers and sellers across Georgia who value thoughtful guidance, discretion, and a seamless experience. With more than a decade in residential real estate, Bryan helps clients navigate important transitions while focusing on how and where they want to live, not just what they want to buy or sell.
His approach is calm, deliberate, and highly personalized. Rather than leading with labels or numbers, Bryan centers every relationship on clarity, preparation, and confidence. He believes a home is the backdrop for everyday life, family connections, and meaningful moments, and his role is to help clients make informed decisions that support that lifestyle.
Before real estate, Bryan spent over 30 years in sales, marketing, and leadership roles within the PGA TOUR’s Tournament Players Club network and the luxury hospitality industry. His career includes experience at destinations such as TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, TPC Prestancia in Sarasota, The Greenbrier in West Virginia, The Homestead in Virginia, and the Renaissance Vinoy in St. Petersburg. These environments shaped his attention to detail, commitment to service, and understanding of elevated client expectations.
Bryan lives in Buford with his wife Alecia, a lifelong educator. They are the proud parents of three grown daughters and five grandchildren. Family, faith, and community play a central role in their lives and influence how Bryan serves his clients, with integrity, patience, and care.
Outside of real estate, Bryan enjoys cooking, golf, boating on Lake Lanier, photography, and travel, especially coastal destinations. He believes real estate is not about transactions, but about creating the setting for a well-lived life and helping clients move confidently into their next chapter.
